For those of you who are not aware of how amazing the Mary Kay Cosmetics skincare line is, let me enlighten you. It is the best, period. I have tried several other brands like Kiehls and Origins, but I always come back to Mary Kay. Nothing cleans and moisturizes my skin as well as the Mary Kay TimeWise products do.
When it comes to cleaning my face I use the TimeWise cleansing bar for a couple of reasons. First, it last forever and I love the way my face feels after I wash it. Second, it does not dry my skin out, but is deep cleaning enough to remove my makeup and still clean my face.
I have extremely dry skin and I have tried many moisturizers and have not found one that even comes close to the Intense Moisturizing Cream from Mary Kay. I live for my Intense Moisturizing Cream. During the winter I apply the Intense Moisturizing Cream everyday along with all of the other products in my routine. I use Mary Kay's TimeWise line of skin care every morning and night. The only thing that changes in my routine is my moisturizer. During the summer I use the regular moisturizer for normal to dry skin.
Besides the cleansing bar and moisturizer I also use the Firming Eye Cream and the Day and Night Solutions. After I wash my face with the cleansing bar I apply my eye cream and depending on what time of day it is, my day and night solutions. I end my skincare routine by moisturizing.
I blieve that a great skincare routine is the key to beautiful skin. If your skin is properly cleaned and moisturized your makeup will look better and feel better on your face. If your face is not clean and to dry your makeup will look cakey and if your face is not clean and to oily your makeup will just slide right off your face. If you want your makeup to look great you must have a great skincare routine, and I strongly blieve that Mary Kay Cosmetics has the best skincare on the market today.
